• The content does not harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud any individual.
StillHear may not be used for:• Telemarketing
• Political messaging
• Debt collection
• Spam distribution

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable telecommunications laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).StillHear does not initiate telemarketing calls and is not responsible for misuse of the platform by users.Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without refund.5. Because recordings are processed, stored, and scheduled for automated phone delivery, the following policy applies.All Sales Are FinalDue to the nature of scheduled digital delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable once the order has been processed.By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:• Your recording will be securely stored and scheduled for automated delivery.
• System resources are allocated upon submission.
• The selected delivery date and time are reserved.
As a result, refunds are not guaranteed.Cancellation Prior to DeliveryIf you wish to cancel a scheduled delivery, you may request cancellation by contacting us before the scheduled delivery time.If cancellation is requested sufficiently in advance and the call has not yet been initiated, StillHear may, at its sole discretion:• Cancel the scheduled delivery
